Stopping registration means (the student not registering for any course in the current semester, provided that this is due to psychological, social or health conditions) accepted by the competent committee

: Suspension of registration is of two types

Compulsory with an excuse for a period of 6 semesters, and the student submits his request within 6 weeks from the start of study

Optional without an excuse for a period of two semesters, and the student submits his request within two weeks from the start of study

It is a process carried out by a student who does not wish to continue studying in the semester in which he is registered as a result of being exposed to emergency conditions (health - social - psychological) accepted by the competent committee, and the student, whether new or continuing in study, has the right to withdraw from the current regular semester.

Types of withdrawal:

Compulsory with an excuse for a period of 6 semesters, and the student submits his request within (11) weeks from the start of study

Optional without an excuse for a period of two semesters from the start of study

The student has the right to withdraw from the previous regular semester if the following conditions are met:

The student must have obtained

in all the courses registered for (FA)

There must be a compelling circumstance (social - psychological - health)

The student must submit a withdrawal request within the first (6) weeks of the start of the study for the semester following the semester to be withdrawn

It is (10) regular semesters.

I want to register for 9 units during the regular semester?

The university may allow the student during the first week of study to register without the minimum study load and with no less than 9 credit hours, and this does not exceed three regular semesters throughout his tenure at the university.

A science student who fails the preparatory English exam or the preparatory mathematics exam twice will be compulsorily transferred to a literary major based on his overall average.
