Enhancing Digital Services

The Practical Education Center at the College of Education, Kuwait University, has launched a digital system for field training. The initiative supports the University's digital transformation goals and reflects its commitment to innovation, governance, and sustainability.

The new system improves the way field training is managed. It simplifies procedures and provides easier access to services for all stakeholders involved in the training process.

Digital Access to Forms and Reports

The project includes the digitization of all forms, reports, and documents used in field training. These resources are available for department heads, educational district supervisors, school principals, and student teachers.

All documents can now be accessed through the Practical Education Center's webpage on the College website. Users can complete, submit, and manage documents online. This helps reduce delays and improves communication between all parties.

Supporting Sustainability and Efficiency

The system reduces paper-based procedures and improves data accuracy. It also makes information easier to access and supports environmental sustainability through reduced paper consumption.

This initiative reflects Kuwait University's commitment to developing modern digital services. It also helps improve institutional performance and service quality.

Team Effort Behind the Project

The project was completed under the guidance of the Acting Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Souad Abdulaziz Al-Furaih, and the supervision of the Acting Director of the Practical Education Center, Dr. Sultan Mohammed Al-Sahli.

The implementation team included Mr. Jarrah Mutlaq Al-Qazaz from the Practical Education Center and the College's Digital Transformation Team: Ms. Hanan Al-Azmi, Ms. Hessa Al-Jammaz, and Ms. Sarah Al-Rubaiea.

Advancing Field Training

Dr. Al-Sahli stated that the new platform is an important step in improving operational performance. He explained that the system simplifies procedures, strengthens communication, and supports effective evaluation and follow-up.

At the end of the initiative, the Acting Dean and the Acting Director honored the project team for their contributions to the successful implementation of the project and their support of the College's digital transformation efforts.
