According to the approved general organizational structure of the College of Education, the Center for Practical Education functions as an academic department directly reporting to the Dean of the College. It serves as the primary governing body responsible for overseeing the Field Training course (Practicum) for both male and female students at the College of Education.
The center is dedicated to achieving effective supervision over "Student Teachers" by securing appropriate training schools and assigning highly qualified academic supervisors.
This collaborative framework ensures that trainee students achieve the core objectives of the College of Education: pioneering the future of education, fostering comprehensive human growth, and driving community service.
Registration Requirements for Practical Education:
To enroll in the Field Training course, students must satisfy the following prerequisites:
1-Successful Completion of the Methods of Teaching Specialization Course (Pass the specific teaching methods course for their major).
2-Completion of a Minimum of 120 Credit Hours (Acquisition of at least 120 credit units).
